Why did you choose to run for re-election?

Because I am not done... I came into this campaign 2 years ago with the goal of doing what I can to help make Seadrift great...greater than it already is.  I still feel there is more work to be done and I would very much like to continue with that.

 

What is your platform?

I am a strong Republican who wants only the best for Seadrift.  I want Seadrift to grow and prosper.

 

 Main goal you would like to accomplish?

I want to continue to push for street repairs and work on the abandoned properties.  I am currently researching grants for playground equipment etc. for when the Sea Wall project is complete.   I want us to attract more businesses and residents to help improve our community.

What do you see as the city’s biggest problem and what solutions do you have?

I want to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by all departments and personnel. And I would like to make sure that all complaints are taken seriously.  We need to have a committee set up which includes city council as well as citizens to thoroughly go over each and every complaint.

What is the city’s best asset and how can it be better utilized?

The city's best asset...hands down is the citizens.  They are the best asset we have.  Without them we wouldn't be here.  I want to continue to serve my town and help it shine!

Vote for me because I am your voice.  I listen to your concerns and bring them to the table.  I am here to serve the citizens of Seadrift.
