Why did you choose to run?

As a lifelong resident and business owner in Point Comfort, I have seen the growth of businesses and families in our small community. As a returning Council member, I plan to be accessible to our residence and be a voice for their needs and concerns.

 

What is your platform?

Accessibility. I will be a Councilmen elected by the people, for the people.

 

Main goal you would like to accomplish?

To allow the residents of our small community to feel they have an ally on City Council.

 

What do you see as the city’s biggest problem and what solutions do you have?

Currently I don’t see any problems with the city of Point Comfort but would like the opportunity to get in and use my many years of experience as a Veteran and Business Owner to allow the city of Point Comfort and its people to continue to thrive.

 

What is the city’s best asset and how can it be better utilized?

The best asset the city of Point Comfort has is it’s people. They are caring, and friendly people. These are the kind of people that wave when they see you on the street and are willing to help a neighbor in need. I want the opportunity to be their VOICE!

 

Why should people vote for you?

Cary Kneupper is a no non-sense family man that will be accessible to the residence of Point Comfort. He will stand up for those that need him to be their voice on the City Council.
